Acceptance of Terms. By using https://cbremodelinganddecks.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Service Description. This Site describes Custom Deck Design, Residential Deck Building, Outdoor Deck Construction, Deck Railing Installation, Rooftop Decks, Deck Installion provided by C&B Remodeling and Decks. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by C&B Remodeling and Decks or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Warranty Disclaimer. C&B Remodeling and Decks makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, C&B Remodeling and Decks's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify C&B Remodeling and Decks against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Choice of Law. ME law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of ME, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Updates. C&B Remodeling and Decks reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
